On its or its customers' premises, Phone Régie organises a telephone reception and customer relations management service.These services concern administrative and commercial welcome, the customer hotline, taking orders, reservations, 24 hour overflow reception, customer advice and information, etc.
Human resources made available by Phone Régie are trained according to the needs of each customer: taking calls, IT and telephone tools, products and environments relating to the customer's business.
Each service offered is controlled by on-site supervision and is subject to reporting (statistical analysis and individual efficiency assessment).
The quality of Phone Régie services is committed under contract. A back-up service is made available to its customers to mitigate in the event of force majeure.
