Responsibilities

Phone Régie's involvement in Corporate Social Responsibility can be found both in the management of its staff and in its environmental commitments.
In 2006, Phone Régie joined the United Nations' Global Pact and, in 2007, signed the Diversity Charter in order to fight against discrimination and promote diversity. In 2010, Phone Régie signed the Disabled Agreement in order to encourage the employment of disabled people. This agreement marked the official launch of the disabled mission: HandiSolidaires. The company is also committed to the long term recruitment of disabled people, to encourage their integration, improve their working conditions (arranging space and hours) and train and make staff aware, in order to facilitate their integration.

It is Phone Régie's policy to respect employment rights and a career for all by encouraging work-place integration and respect for diversity: age, sex, culture, origin, etc. On the environmental side, from 2007 Phone Régie has also been building in responsible environmental processes: reducing printing, recycling uniforms via upcycling, carbon footprint reports, sustainable development reports, using biodegradable products, etc.

Phone Régie continues in its respecting biodiversity approach with the "Un Toit pour les Abeilles" (A Roof for the Bees) company and is one of the sponsors who have enabled the installation of roughly 700 beehives, giving birth to 28 millions bees.

Today, Phone Régie continues to offer a healthy working environment and value all its staff: they share the same status according to their job and their skills are always valued.
