Phone Régie doesn’t just offering to its customers reception that fits their image, it must also meet their expectations in terms of satisfaction.
Thanks to its demands in terms of quality, Phone Régie is the oldest and only reception company to have a dual certification: ISO 9001 2008 version and AFNOR NF 373 "Reception Service Provider". Its quality assurance system meets the demands of two models.

Phone Régie is committed to the quality of its knowledge. Each staff member listens, is ready to respond to customers' needs and is selected according to the profile required: French/English bilingual, IT knowledge, understanding of service, etc.

The staff also have numerous e-learning training modules available to them, developed by Phone Régie in order to allow them to best accomplish their jobs. In addition to this training, Phone Régie employees can count on the handbook which brings together all the information essential for each service to run smoothly: controlling access, giving out badges, confidentiality, etc.

Phone Régie customers are involved in choosing staff uniforms and have an internet platform via which they decide on new collections (2 per year, spring/summer and autumn/winter).

Every year, a quality opinion survey is sent to customers so that they can establish, themselves, an assessment on the services provided.

Phone Régie monitors the arrival of each receptionist on site and can therefore mitigate, in real time, for unplanned staff absences. Phone Régie also organises an annual audit by making mystery calls via an external body.
