You're the face of the company, the first action, the first word, the first smile. Your interpersonal skills and your know-how will be key in accomplishing your work as a company receptionist.

Switch-board operator receptionist

You welcome and guide visitors. This position is characterised by a real versatility: physical and telephone reception, associated administrative tasks (managing messages, meetings rooms, travel reservations, etc.).

Temporary receptionist

You ensure the replacement of absent permanent receptionists and switchboard operators on sites which you would have been trained in beforehand. You also support the training of new staff starting work on site

Receptionist - Concierge

You welcome and guide visitors. You know how to combine reception and concierge services. You're also able to respond to small day-to-day problems and always listen to staff's requests.

Head receptionist

You organise, train and supervise a team of receptionists onsite. You also take care of the interface between the customer and your manager and are a driving force — in managing planning, traffic studies, etc.
